Today C and I did 4 miles at the school, followed by ~50 flights of stairs. It’s a little difficult to know exactly how many flights of stairs because it’s indoors, so GPS and altimeter don’t work and Garmin doesn’t have a real great app for tracking that kind of thing. But regardless, it’s a good workout. It will be especially helpful for TransRockies since we don’t have a lot of opportunities to get hill training here. I went to the dr today, more back and piriformis pain after Sunday’s fall on the trail. My back is feeling pretty bruised after she worked on it. Same old thing, I’m excited to start some Yoga when school gets going again, hopefully that will help some of my aches and pains.
